Can Merw dispatch a truck?
No. It tracks milestones and chase tasks. Dispatch stays with your carrier or your transportation system.
What belongs in the first book?
A set of shipments you already treat as expedites, small enough that one desk can own them for a week.
Do customers log in?
Only if you want a read-only status page. The default is an export your account team sends.
Where are notes stored?
On the shipment record, visible to roles you grant. They are not posted to a public page.
